Qigong is the self-empowering practice of cultivating one’s vital life force. Facilitated by simple movements, breath, and intention, this preventive medicine helps to eliminate blockages caused by disease, injury, and trauma.  It allows one’s Qi/Chi – or energy – to flow more smoothly as all body systems become more aligned, strengthened, and grounded. The more abundant your energy level, the easier it is to stay healthy and balanced. 
Over the course of this series, you will gain a greater awareness of unconsciously-held tension.  The body discovers a more natural, easy strength. 
This is how we both conserve and build energy for health and longevity.
Private tutoring sessions are also available.



A practice video is available for those of you who wish to continue developing your home practice.  If you are new to Qigong, it is an introduction to experiment with learning on your own.  The hour-long video includes:

  •  An intentional start to your healing practice
  •  Gentle warm up exercises to open up the body to the flow of chi/qi
  •  Standing Meditation (just over 10 minutes)
  •  A sample of moving forms
  •  Verbal instruction and detail
