OUTDOOR COMMUNITY PRACTICE

Laurelhurst Park (near the duck pond, large grassy area)

Practicing out of doors means dressing accordingly so that you are comfortable.  There are options for sun and shade; bring a visor or scarf as needed.  I will post here by 8 a.m. if the weather is too inclement.  Of course, it is always your choice to participate.  Lots of good chi in the Park!

CLASS PROTOCOL: Classes start promptly, so it is important to allow time for parking, settling in, etc.  Respect your healing time by being ready before the start of class.  If you are running late, simply enter discreetly.  It is preferable to practice on a relatively empty and un-caffeinated belly.  Wear comfortable layers and arrive unscented, phones silenced.  You are welcome to wear socks or bare feet.  There are yoga mats, blankets, pillows, etc.  Chairs are provided.  If you are new to the practice and unsure, simply show up – whether in person or online – and follow along as best as you are able.
